Monday night I went home, took Nyquil, and slept about 12 hours, waking up briefly to say hello to Aaron's cousins who were passing through on their way to Jacksonville. I had a slightly longer conversation with them yesterday morning, but since I was on my way to the train station, it was still pretty brief.
Class yesterday was sort of long and rambly and not very useful; we had Gloria the Grad Student again, since Dr. P was still on her way back from Sweden, and Gloria's just not very good at keeping the class on topic. So the conversations were interesting, but it was short on actual lecture notes.
I was feeling well enough to do my dance class last night, where we finally finished the Big Apple choreography--it's a long bloody routine. Afterwards, Nyquil seemed a bit of overkill, but I did have a glass of wine before bed, hoping to keep Sunday night's problem at bay, and this worked fairly well. I'm still kind of tired and sniffly today, but not really what you'd call sick.
